For next day delivery orders must be received by 12pm for same day despatch. Gifts ordered on Friday before 12pm will be delivered the following Monday.
I’m afraid we cannot offer next-day delivery on any of our keepsake boxes.

We aim to despatch most of our orders within 24 hours, but please allow 10 working days for personalised items to be sent.

Returns
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Little Jems purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with our products or service please contact us within seven working days and we will give you a full refund. However, we are afraid we cannot accept returns of personalised items.
